About Me
I’m Mike Morris, a barbecue enthusiast and outdoor cooking content creator based near the Welsh border. Barbecue has been a passion of mine for years, and I enjoy exploring everything from low-and-slow smoking to high-heat grilling and live-fire cooking.
I work with brands including Masterbuilt, Grillstream, Leviathon, and SmashGrill, creating authentic content that showcases products in real cooking environments. My goal is always to inspire people to get outdoors, fire up their grill or smoker, and enjoy the experience of cooking over flame and charcoal.
My wife, Sara, and I work together as a content creation team, combining our skills to produce engaging barbecue, recipe, and outdoor lifestyle content. From recipe development and food preparation to photography, videography, and social media production, we collaborate on every stage of the creative process. Together, we create content that is both visually engaging and genuinely useful for barbecue enthusiasts and home cooks alike.
What drives me is the belief that outdoor cooking is about more than food. It’s about bringing people together, learning new skills, and creating memorable experiences around the fire. Through my content, I aim to share that passion while helping brands connect with audiences in an authentic and meaningful way.
